Information you submit

Wiara Trading receives information that you voluntarily provide through its request-a-quote forms or when you contact the company by email or WhatsApp. This may include company and contact details, requirement details and any message you choose to provide.

Quote forms are processed by Netlify Forms. Transactional messages related to those submissions are processed through the website’s email delivery service so Wiara can receive the enquiry and send the corresponding confirmation.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 is optional and is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it measures website traffic, acquisition and controlled interactions such as quote intent, confirmed lead generation, contact actions and meaningful Intelligence engagement.

Wiara does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company contact details, addresses, free-text messages, form notes or complete form submissions to Google Analytics. Analytics events use only predefined categorical values.

If you select “Essential only,” Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is stored in this browser under the versioned preference wiara_analytics_consent_v1. A temporary session value may also be used after consent solely to prevent duplicate quote-form-start counts.

Retention & control

Website enquiries are retained only according to Wiara’s operational needs and the settings of the service providers involved. This notice does not state a fixed retention period.

You can revisit your analytics choice at any time. Selecting “Essential only” updates the preference and prevents further Analytics measurement. You can also clear this site’s storage and cookies through your browser settings.
